Please note the 7:30 PM meeting time - a one-time exception to the Montgomery Township Committee's usual meeting time of 7 PM.
This is the 2024 Reorganization meeting of the Montgomery Township Committee. Newly elected or appointed members are sworn in. There will be a vote for mayor and deputy mayor by all Township Committee members from among their ranks. Those chosen will then be sworn in to these offices. Other yearly appointments are also announced.
There is typically a celebratory break and the public is always welcome to attend. Township business, as shown on the meeting agenda, will then continue.
The Montgomery Township Committee typically meets on the first and third Thursday evenings of each month.
