If possible, those wishing to make public comment should advise the Board staff in advance to facilitate the comment process.
Members of the public interested in asking questions concerning the agenda in advance of the hearing or to provide public comments on items that are not on the agenda in advance of the meeting may send an email to the Board Secretary at boardcomment [at] twp.montgomery.nj.us with “Public Comment-Zoning Board of Adjustment” in the subject line. This email is not monitored during the meeting.
