Montgomery Township tax rateables include over 7,300 residential, farm
& commercial properties worth over 3.7 billion dollars. The following
total property tax rates include the schools, county, municipal and fire
district taxes. The Township has two fire districts.
District No. 1 serves the Northeast section of town, including Belle Mead
and some Skillman mailing addresses.
District No. 2 serves the South and Southwest section of the Township,
including some of Skillman, Blawenburg and Princeton mailing addresses.
Fire elections including budget vote are held the third Saturday of February at the fire houses.

- Fire District No. 1 = 2.697 per $100.00
