Here are some confirmed upcoming clinic dates are confirmed:

  • Thursday, January 21, Bridgewater Senior Center, 4 – 7 pm (Nasal spray only)
  • Monday, January 25 – Ridge High School, Basking Ridge, 4 – 6 pm
  • Wed, February 3rd - Montgomery High School Commons, 4:30 - 7:30 pm

Remember: Children age 9 and under will need a booster shot at least 3 weeks after their first dose. Clinics are now open to people of all ages.

To schedule an appointment, go to www.greatersomerseth1n1.org .  Families without internet access can call the “Shotline” at 908-533-9330 to make an appointment. 

Please be patient if you get voicemail. Your call is being logged and WILL be returned .

A limited number of walk-ins may be served if extra vaccine is available after appointments are served.

Appointments are at public health sponsored clinics located throughout Somerset County.  You can go to a clinic in any town.  There are no residency restrictions.

The “Shotline” and the community clinics are a collaboration between Montgomery Health Department, neighboring local health departments, and the Greater Somerset Public Health Partnership

Department of Health, Environment and Vital Statistics

  • Investigates public health complaints
  • Inspects retail food establishments in the community
  • Investigates communicable disease reports
  • Maintains a library of health education materials
  • Oversees design and construction of new septic systems and wells
  • Monitors maintenance and repair of onsite sewage disposal systems
  • Inspects installations of private wells
  • Keeps records of small-volume hazardous materials sites
  • Maintains records of marriages, births and deaths and civil unions occurring in the Township
  • Oversees animal control operations
  • Maintains the registrant list for Montgomery's Emergency Outreach Program
  • Coordinates the activities of the volunteer resident-led Board of Health (See Boards & Commissions page)

    BE IT RESOLVED that the following is established as a schedule of regular meetings of the Board of Health to be held during the year 2009; said meetings to be
    open to the public and publicized in accordance with the "Open Public Meetings Act". Regular meetings will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m., and the location shall
    be the Township Municipal Building, 2261 Van Horne Road, Belle Mead, New Jersey. The following schedule is subject to change, check with the Health Dept. to
    confirm meeting dates and times.
