Fireworks are Back!

Montgomery’s annual Independence Day Celebration and fireworks is tonight, June 30 at Montgomery High School. Festivities begin at 6 p.m. with vendors, music by Black Tie Groove, and plenty of games and activities for children. The public is encouraged to leave pets at home for their safety.

All priority parking passes for the fireworks are sold out.  There is free parking at Skillman Park and behind the high school. There will also be parking at the Upper Middle School where we will have shuttle buses running from 6 -10:30 p.m.

Please join us for a fun evening of great music and delicious food, all culminating with a spectacular fireworks display! Don’t forget to bring blankets or chairs and a picnic basket or enjoy food from our vendors, including Montgomery Volunteer Fire Company #2.

The Independence Day fireworks event is funded by contributions from individuals, corporations, and small businesses, plus fees from our local vendors, making this a true community event! Don’t miss it!
