Health & Wellness Resource Fair and Town Hall

WITH CONGRESSWOMAN WATSON COLEMAN

 The focus of this resource fair, followed by a town hall by Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman at 6 p.m., is meeting the social service needs of all residents, including senior citizens, disabled persons and veterans. The fair will include friendly, approachable representatives from the offices of state and federal elected officials, government agencies and non-profit groups who are knowledgeable and helpful. 

Knowledgeable experts will be at tables to answer your questions on food / nutrition, housing, transportation, medical care, and mental health support resources, as well as Social Security, Disability, Medicare and VA benefits, will be covered.

A talk and Q&A by Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman at 6 p.m. will address federal resources available, her office’s work to meet her constituents’ needs, and local issues and concerns.

The senior bus will be helping residents get to the municipal center starting at 4 p.m. Pickups can be scheduled through our health department by calling (908) 359-8211 ext. 2400.
